What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10 + years of hands-on software development experience, programming experience in one or more of the following: C++, C# and Java, Experience in Investment Accounting, Fund Accounting, or Financial Markets with an understanding of asset classes such as Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives., Familiarity with accounting events, valuation, corporate actions, settlement, and reconciliation processes, Experience working with global, multi-location teams, stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior technology and business leaders, communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues in complex, distributed systems, Experience leading maintenance or BAU delivery for mission-critical financial systems

Familiarity with Github Copilot, Demonstrated experience supporting and enhancing large-scale, multi-tier financial applications
