**Who we are looking for** We are looking to hire someone in the Officer position reporting directly to VP. You will be responsible for multiple phases across SDLC spectrum including configuration, integration, migration, deployment and support delivery. **Why this role is important to us** The team you will be joining is part of the Payments platform, a critical function within State Street that serves as a core enabler of our business operations. We’re looking for top technical talent to join our team and deliver creative technology solutions that help us become an end-to-end, next-generation financial services company. **What you will be responsible for** As an Application Developer, you should have * In depth knowledge on Payment system process and configurations * Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong ability to work in fast-paced environment and ability to multitask with ease is essential to the success of this position * Ability to work with business and end client users to resolve data issues * Good experience in various payment types like Payments Initiation, Domestic Fund Transfer, CHAPS, Cross Border Payments/SWIFT, Instant or Faster Payments, RTGS, FEDWIRES, and ISO 20022 messaging standard * Ability to fulfill the Scrum Master role by leading the team in their Agile development process and working to foster a strong continuous improvement culture * Strong Knowledge on JIRA and reporting. * Relevant experience with Payments Platform is a must * Hands-on experience in software testing and agile methodologies. * Coordinate with other Scrum teams within the organization to ensure seamless integration of functional workflows **What we value** These skills will help you succeed in this role * Experience in Unix/Linux/Windows Server * Knowledge of the following high-le
