This team focuses on the development, unit testing, and implementation of Data Engineering solutions. **Where You 'll Work** * This role is **hybrid** and will require you to be onsite at Studio Park West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, DE, or NJ. **What You 'll Do** * Provide leadership to the development team and mentor junior staff members. * Collaborate with Scrum Master to plan and deliver sprint artifacts. * Partner with Principal Engineers and Architects to align solutions with enterprise strategy. * Develop, configure, code, and test programs of varying complexity. * Ensure implementations are scalable, performant, and secure. * Escalate delays, issues, and highlights to project managers and project leads. **What You 'll Bring** * BS in Computer Science or related field. * 3+ years experience in software development, focusing on data warehousing, ETL, and data quality. * Proficiency in ETL processes and major RDBMS (e.g. SQL Server, Azure Synapse, Oracle, Exadata, DB2, Teradata). * Experience with cloud tools (Databricks, Azure Data Factory, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, Data Lake (ADLS), PySpark, Databricks Notebooks). * Experience with Lambda architectures, real-time and batch processing. * CI/CD pipeline experience (Azure DevOps, Git Repo). * Agile methodology (Scrum), Jira, Confluence, source code management. * Knowledge of Stonebranch, BI tools (MicroStrategy, Tableau). * Experience with AI-assisted
