Role Purpose Application Delivery & Load Balancing Engineer ,will contribute to the design, development, optimisation, and operational management of our Client’s Epic EPR solution, at the Load Balancing and Presentation layers. This includes ensuring secure, resilient, and high‑performance access to Epic for clinical and operational users across the users organisation, leveraging expertise in Load Balancing technologies (e.g. NetScaler) as well as Citrix, VMware Horizon, and related infrastructure components to underpin the Epic environment. The role ensures that these services are secure, resilient, and fit for purpose, supporting organisational objectives through high‑quality technical knowledge and experience, strong service management practices, and the application of recognised engineering standards.
