I rollen ansvarar du för systemförvaltning och arbetar nära verksamheten med löpande kontakt med användare. Du hanterar felsökning och bedriver ett proaktivt förbättringsarbete där åtgärder planeras och genomförs både på kort och lång sikt. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter inkluderar: * Systemförvaltning samt användarstöd och felsökning * Provinstallationer och driftsättningar av system och applikationer * Licenshantering i både on‑prem‑ och molnmiljöer * Paketering samt hantering av brandväggsförändringar * DNS‑ompekningar, uppsättning och uppdatering av certifikat * Säkerställa att förvaltningsdokumentationen är uppdaterad och relevant * Deltagande i projekt och uppdrag, både större och mindre ## Qualifications För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har en teknisk grund, erfarenhet av arbete i moderna IT‑miljöer samt ett stort intresse för komplexa tekniska system och sammanhang. Du är kommunikativ, en lagspelare som trivs med att arbeta i grupp samt har en flexibel inställning och kan vid behov kliva in i projekt med nyfikenhet och driv. Vi ser gärna att du har: * Erfarenhet av arbete med Active Directory * Grundläggande förståelse för brandväggar och nätverk * Erfarenhet av klienter och operativsystem * Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt Meriterande kompetenser: * IT-teknisk utbildning * Erfarenhet av konstruktionsapplikationer. Ex.vis AutoCAD. * Databas: Oracle/SQL Server. * Citrix/VDI-miljö * Erfarenhet inom systemutveckling/programmering * Kunskap/erfarenhet av att arbeta med processer för att uppnå hög kvalitet, t.ex. ITIL samt testning * Förståelse för distribution av programvar
