What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field, Minimum three (3) years of experience with ERP (i. e. , Ellucian Banner Student module) in a functional or analyst role, understanding of student lifecycle processes in higher education, Familiarity with Banner forms (e. g. , SFAREGS, SGASTDN, SHRDGMR) and related tables, Familiarity with Florida State Reporting requirements (FASTER, Florida Shines, Florida Reporting), Excellent communication and documentation skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with non-technical users
Nice to Have
Experience with SQL for data validation or reporting, Knowledge of DegreeWorks, Argos, or other Ellucian-integrated tools
What You'll Do.
Serve as the primary liaison between Information Technology and functional departments
Translate user-reported issues into actionable technical solutions or configuration updates
Work closely with admissions
and Academic advising to understand operational needs and align system functionality with institutional objectives
Evaluate current workflows and recommend process improvements that optimize system capabilities and enhance ERP efficiency
Support testing and validation of new features
Monitor data integrity and assist with audits or cleanup activities
Develop and maintain user guides
documentation and training
Conduct workshops to promote system proficiency for staff
Creation of Banner forms
functionality and validation tables to meet institutional needs

Partnering with cross-functional departments; Serve as the go-to expert for Ellucian Banner; Serve as the primary liaison between Information Technology and functional departments; Work closely with admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, and Academic advising
