Nice to Have
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience), Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, Deltek, etc.) through coursework, internships, or projects, Experience or exposure to low‑code / no‑code platforms (e.g. , Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, Appian, Mendix), Familiarity with workflow, automation, or business process tools, Exposure to AI‑enabled capabilities such as copilots, chatbots, or intelligent automation, Basic scripting or programming experience (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell), Familiarity with IT service management or ticketing tools, Interest in enterprise systems, business applications, or IT consulting
What You'll Do.

Assist with support and maintenance of enterprise systems
