Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Provide advanced support and configuration for enterprise applications, resolving complex user issues in a timely and professional manner. Serve as the main liaison between IT and business units, supporting application enhancements and improvement initiatives. Partner with technical and functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve escalated system issues. Ensure accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, processes, and system procedures within tracking systems. Participate in IT projects supporting business priorities, including system improvements and operational initiatives. Recommend system and process enhancements to reduce recurring issues and improve user experience. Act as a mentor and knowledge resource for junior team members, supporting their development and performance. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business systems analysis and application administration/support (e.g., ERP, Finance, HR, Order-to-Cash, or similar platforms). At least 2 years of experience working with SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting. Experience collaborating with offshore development and QA teams. Ability to document business processes, write technical/business procedures, and produce clear reports. Strong analytical skills with the ability to map and improve processes (including flowcharting). Proven experience diagnosing and resolving complex application issues in a fast-paced environment.
