Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job 's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations._ _**Responsibilities:**_ Diagnoses and corrects computer systems issues. Provides hands-on system administration support, system maintenance and operations support. Recommends software and hardware enhancements. Builds, configures, and troubleshoots software and hardware enhancements, application deployments and infrastructure upgrades, specific to Laboratory Information Systems. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** * Provides technical support for, and may lead, non-production and production environments, including troubleshooting and remediation of technical issues. May take a lead role in working with third party vendors and software companies. Researches and answers technical application, database, server, and security configuration questions.
