Provides hands-on system administration support, system maintenance and operations support. Recommends software and hardware enhancements. Builds, configures, and troubleshoots software and hardware enhancements, application deployments and infrastructure upgrades, specific to Laboratory Information Systems. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** * Provides technical support for, and may lead, non-production and production environments, including troubleshooting and remediation of technical issues.
