Delivers high-impact architectural design, development, and maintenance solutions. * Ensures viability and effectiveness of IT deliverables by evaluating development options, approving architectural decisions, conducting functionality and security testing, and overseeing production support. * Resolves complex technical problems, performs root cause analysis, and proactively mitigates risks introduced by less experienced staff. Anticipates and prevents potential system failures. * Serves as a key technical communicator with stakeholders, evaluating and articulating the impact of change requests, while influencing and persuading on solution strategies. * Maintains deep expertise in IT development methodologies, architecture, and emerging tools; mentors team members and leads adoption of best practices and new technologies. * Oversees creation, approval, and maintenance
