Learn more about our employer brand at makpar.com/careers. ## Role Specific Duties/ Role Responsibilities Appian Development & Configuration Design, develop, and maintain Appian applications, including workflows, interfaces, process models, and business rules supporting case management functions Implement Appian objects (records, process models, SAIL interfaces, integrations) aligned to enterprise architecture standards Support full lifecycle delivery across development, testing, deployment, and production support System Integration & Data Engineering Develop and maintain integrations between Appian and external systems, including: REST and SOAP APIs Kafka/DataHub event-driven pipelines Relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.) Support data transformation, validation, and pipeline activities across cloud environments Agile Development & Delivery Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, retrospectives) Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Technical Leads to translate requirements into user stories and technical solutions Ensure traceability across requiremen
