What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in fashion design or related program, Minimum 6-8 years industry experience with-in Technical Design, Understanding of Technical Design process and product construction, Knowledge of how product is sourced, developed and marketed, Must understand how to work in PLM System, pattern-making, grading, draping skills, Knowledge of garment construction and fitting skills, Proficiency in PC operation, MS office and Excel, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator software, Exceptional communication and presentation skills and ability to understand how to adapt presentation for international cultures
What You'll Do.
Create Technical Product Development Packets
Fitting of apparel styles
Follow through to release graded specs
Attend development meetings
Provide technical guidance
Build detailed tech packs in PLM
Attend proto fittings
Update changes in PLM
Support product lifecycle
Maintain consistency in fit aesthetic
Develop and utilize library of blocks
Lead all fit sessions
Analyze garment construction
Compare construction and execution

Attend development meetings with designers/merchants and vendors
Communication Scope
Exceptional communication and presentation skills; Adapt presentation for international cultures
