100% inpatient, adult medicine, Service provides 24/7 coverage with shift-based model to a 54 bed ICU consisting of a mixed patient population of medical, surgical, and cardiovascular adult patients., Shifts are 13 hours long and include days, nights, weekends, and holidays., Shifts are rotated equally among staff.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
License to practice as a NP or PA in North Carolina, Prescriptive privileges, DEA license, BLS/ACLS for healthcare provider from AHA, NP/PA or RN experience in ICU
Nice to Have
Physician Assistants with certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, Current or pending CAQ certification, Knowledgeable about the following procedures or willing to learn: Central Line Placement, Arterial Line Placement, and Intubation
