Current, valid Washington State license as Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C), Current Washington State Prescriptive Authority License, ARNP: Current NCC certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, PA: National board certification (ANA or NAPNAP), Current Neonatal Resuscitation certification, Master’s degree from an accredited program, Three or more years of experience as an NNP or PA in a Level III NICU, Active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration
