Wij staan voor een uitstekende klantenservice en ondersteunen onze patiënten dagelijks via telefoon, chat en e-mail op een professionele en betrokken manier. Als Apotheker (m/v/d) binnen ons team krijg je de kans om jouw farmaceutische expertise in te zetten op een manier die verder gaat dan het traditionele officinawerk. Je werkt in een moderne, data-gedreven en digitale omgeving waar patiëntveiligheid, kwaliteit en klantbeleving centraal staan. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: * Aansturen en begeleiden van een klein team, inclusief taakverdeling, kwaliteitsborging en het stimuleren van kennisdeling en ontwikkeling. * Beantwoorden van farmaceutische vragen van klanten via e-mail en telefoon, met helder, veilig en wetenschappelijk onderbouwd advies, inclusief begeleiding bij risico’s en contra-indicaties. * Behandelen en opvolgen van farmaceutische klachten en kwaliteitsissues in samenwerking met leveranciers en interne stakeholders. * Ondersteunen en inhoudelijk adviseren van de customer service bij apotheekgerelateerde vraagstukken om een consistente en kwalitatieve dienstverlening te waarborgen. * Analyseren en optimaliseren van website- en productcontent (o.a. contra-indicaties, medische informatie) en afstemmen met fabrikanten over productinformatie en escalaties. * Uitvoeren van quality checks in lijn met interne procedures, compliance en patiëntveiligheid. ## Qualifications Jouw profiel: * Je hebt je studies in het farmaceutisch veld als Apotheker (m/v/d) afgerond. * Je hebt minstens 1-2 jaar ervaring. * Je communiceert schriftelijk sterk en correct in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels. * Je werkt comfortabel met het internet en gelijktijdig met verschillende applicaties. * Je werkt in team; maar neemt initiatief en werkt zelfstandig. ## Additional Information Om je de best mogelijke ond
