Onboard APIs on Akana API Platform
Establish governance processes for API lifecycle management
Ensure API compliance with organizational policies and industry standards
and internal teams in integrating with organization of APIs
Provide step-by-step guidance during the onboarding process
Create and manage onboarding workflows
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation
Create API onboarding templates
reference samples and walkthroughs
Act as a point of contact between external partners and internal teams
Manage and provision API access credentials
Setup and configure authentication mechanisms
Ensure secure API access and compliance
Conduct training sessions or workshops
Provide technical support and best practices
Assist users in testing API integrations
Validate API calls performance and reliability
Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions
Generate onboarding reports
Contribute to the design and implementation of tools
Continuously improve onboarding approach
Act as a technical scrum master to manage the delivery of user stories
