What You'll Do.
Complete preventative maintenance
Support day to day onsite operations
Respond to On-Call Emergencies
Assist residents with open work orders
Make minor repairs within apartments
Perform routine maintenance
Perform capital improvement projects
Assess root cause of each work order
Close out work orders
Improve residents' homes
Walk the property each day
Clear away trash or debris
Turn around vacant apartment units
Prepare vacant units for new residents
Respond to assigned work orders
Respond to general maintenance
Communicate with Maintenance Supervisor
Communicate with Property Manager
Work with Maintenance Supervisor on special projects
Perform property wide routine maintenance
Stay in sync with operating policies
Stay in sync with safety policies
Adhere to federal laws
Adhere to Fair Housing laws
