We are hiring a Maintenance Technician for Bay Apartments in San Diego, CA , offering $23–$25/hr plus up to $3,000 in annual customer service bonuses and a 50% rent discount valued at $5,000+ per year. AIR Communities equips Maintenance Technicians with industry-leading technology, organized shops, and structured processes so you can complete more work orders efficiently without sacrificing quality.
