Apartment Maintenance Technician – Centennial, CO Pay: $23.00-$24.00/hr + Monthly bonus opportunities Schedule: Full-time + on-call rotation Location: Must live onsite or within 30 minutes of the community We’re hiring a solid maintenance tech for our apartment community in Centennial near the Park Meadows Mall. If you know your way around service requests, unit turns, basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs—and you want steady work with a good team—this could be a fit. We’re also open to candidates with strong training and less hands-on experience if you’ve got the right attitude, show up ready to learn, and want to build a real career in maintenance. What you’ll do: * Handle service requests and fix issues the right way * Complete unit turns, make-readies, inspections, and punch work * Work on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and general maintenance * Take part in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies * Keep work orders updated and help keep the property in good shape ## Qualifications What we’re looking for: * About 2+ years of maintenance experience is ideal, but we’re open to candidates with strong technical training and less hands-on experience * Experience or training in at least two areas like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, or carpentry * Reliable work history and looking for a long-term fit—not your next short stop * Able to handle on-call, weekends, and emergency response when scheduled * Reliable transportation and able to live onsite or within a 30-minute commute * Trade school, EPA/HVAC certification, multifamily experience, or a strong willingness to learn and grow is a plus Why techs apply here: $23.00-$24.00/hr, 50% rent discount at AIR communities, monthly b
