What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6+ years of experience with the AH-64D, or AH-64E, aircraft, 3+ years of experience with Unit Level Logistics System-Aviation (ULLS-A(E)) and with Enhanced Logbook Automation System (ELAS) entries, Successfully completed and be qualified by the appropriate U. S. Government armed forces aircraft maintenance course or civilian equivalent training
Nice to Have
3+ years ULLS-A(E) or a similar aviation maintenance management system, Army Service School Instructor or civilian equivalent instructing experience for aircraft Electrical/Avionics/Armament/Fire Control/Aircraft Survivability Equipment (ASE) Technicians, Prior experience or qualified in another aviation maintenance field, Prior experience working in the Southwest Asia/desert region
What You'll Do.
Perform AH-64E aircraft maintenance tasks
Perform air crew-member duties
Remove and install aircraft systems
Service and lubricate aircraft systems
Prepare aircraft for inspections
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
Perform aircraft inspections
Perform maintenance operational checks
Diagnose and solve aircraft subsystems problems
Operate tools and equipment
Prepare aircraft maintenance forms
Provide OJT and coaching
Configure aerospace vehicles
Perform validation/verification testing
Document procedures and processes
Verify repairs for flight worthiness
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Provide OJT, coaching, and mentorship to QAF personnel
