What You'll Do.

and fully coordinated across all functional stakeholders prior to formal investment approval and delivery handover
ensuring that early‑stage capital projects progress with clarity
and momentum through feasibility until budget approval
Support the APAC Strategy Lead in executing and coordinating strategy activities across a portfolio of assigned capital projects
in the pre-approval stage.
Translate strategic direction into structured programmes
and deliverables to maintain momentum through early project stages
and planning activities to ensure projects are governance‑ready
and well‑documented prior to project approval
Ensure strategic assumptions
and dependencies are actively tracked and communicated throughout the strategy lifecycle
Demonstrate ability to research
and prioritize multiple regional strategies and initiatives
Communicate effectively across the APAC Region and with the Client's functional Team for diverse audiences
recognizing sensitive commercial situations
Strategic time and priority management while overseeing both Client and JLL technology systems integration.
Act as a trusted extension of the Strategy Lead by owning day‑to‑day execution and coordination of strategy programmes
Demonstrate leadership in driving discipline
and clarity across early‑stage capital project activities
