What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, Analytics, or related field, 8–12+ years experience in e commerce, digital marketplaces, FMCG/consumer health, or platform led businesses, Prior APAC regional role and matrix organisation experience strongly preferred, Strategic Thinking and a proven leadership of regional digital transformation around content development and implementation, Candidates should possess a practical understanding of what is required to create a content hub at all stages, Deep expertise in APAC digital commerce ecosystems, including social commerce, marketplaces, and omnichannel, commercial acumen, Advanced analytical able to convert performance data into commercial action, High learning agility and comfort operating in fast‑changing, ambiguous environments, Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influence without authority

Prior APAC regional role and matrix organisation experience strongly preferred
