8+ years experience, Construction/infrastructure/major capital projects experience, Cross-border APAC matters experience, Advise on complex industrial/technical projects, Live-project issues experience, Drafting and negotiation experience, Commercial judgment, Pragmatic advice delivery
Nice to Have
EPC/EPCM experience preferred, Familiarity with FIDIC or equivalent frameworks, Security of payment/adjudication regimes knowledge, APAC construction law practices knowledge
