What You'll Do.

Develop and maintain a Quality Assurance Program

Conduct regular audits and reviews

Develop and maintain reporting templates

Ensure compliance with all applicable international

and local laws and regulations

Develop a governance structure

and a Compliance Meeting Schedule

Manage the overall relationship with Contractors

Manage Subcontractor audits and review performance metrics

Ensure that all required reports are prepared accurately and on time

Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and variance analysis

Identify training needs based on compliance gaps and implement appropriate training programs

Oversee regional QRC programs

and compliance audits

Ensure alignment with global policies

and regulatory requirements

Monitor process performance

and implement corrective actions

Lead incident management

and preventive frameworks

and capability building for country teams

and compliance documentation

Coordinate with cross‑functional and country leadership to drive QRC maturity

Support assurance reviews
