Ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery of product to our customer for APAC; Deliver Global Logistics committed improvement targets; Drive ongoing improvement of operational performance for all GL services applicable to assigned regions; Drive accountability for management of in transit inventory across the Haleon business; Drive improvement activity associated with the metrics

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
>5 years demonstrated in depth operational experience in international logistics operations, Knowledge of external logistics environment, Knowledge in multi-modals distribution and cross-border regulations, Knowledge of HALEON supply chain, trading partners organizations and sites logistics functions and financial systems, Experience in performance management of 3rd party contracts, Change management skills and ability to construct business proposals, Customer facing / Stakeholder management, leadership backed up by considerable influencing abilities, Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of working in a multi-cultural environment, Ability to drive improvements and performance focusing on customer service levels and cost reduction, Ability to work with minimum of directions and according to strategic directions, Resilient / Ability to work under pressure
What You'll Do.
Manage day-to-day operational management and execution of GL services
Ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery of product
Report transport performance using existing tools
Support Continuous Improvement team
Support/lead enterprise-wide identified projects
Provide operational leadership to logistics service providers
Ensure appropriate communication to sites and customers
Manage operational interface between 4PL LCC and HALEON business
Responsible for escalated issue resolution process
Drive ongoing improvement of operational performance
Customer and Shipping Location Setup
Input/support into Crisis Management
Ensure GL operations adhere to Quality Management system
Responsible for Leg freight spend
Drive accountability for management of in transit inventory
Manage logistics service providers’ performance
Responsible for data harmonization and data accuracy
Represent Global Logistics
Procurement and/or logistics service providers
Lead project delivery according to scope and timeline
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Cross-functional coordination; Vendor/stakeholder management; Manage operational interface between 4PL LCC and HALEON business; Creating effective relationships to enable the 4PL LCC to operate successfully; Providing consistent interface with markets and sites in an operational context; Represent Global Logistics, Procurement and/or the logistics service providers in all internal process; Drive the agenda and the priorities within the organization with involved functions
