What You'll Do.
Provide hands-on Level 2/3 production support for CBDDT applications
Drive incident resolution
and problem management
Work closely with Change The Bank (CTB) teams to ensure a smooth transition of new features into production
Lead disaster recovery planning and execution
Keep internal risk systems up to date
Implement and maintain VPN setups
and certificate management
Monitor security system controls to align them with compliance standards
Ensure smooth APC start of week
Act as a lead for Malaysia CBDDT support teams
Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability
Initiate and facilitate innovation initiative for Malaysia CBDDT teams
Provide mentorship and guidance on support best practices
Manage onboarding of new applications
Make sure smooth transition on application upgrade and new migration for APAC users
Maintain documentation for access governance
