What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 years experience minimum in tire production, 5 years experience minimum in plant quality management, 5 years experience minimum in R&D, Fluent English is required
Nice to Have
Tire background is recommended, SPS Leadership experience not mandatory, Interpersonal skills needed

Create re-occurring reports

Create presentations for upper management
Consult other departments on quality questions
Improve cooperation with central functions
Conduct technical training
Conduct Quality tools methodology training
Develop product quality standards
Develop process quality standards
Continuously review quality standards
Develop process related documentations
Improve process related documentations
Participate in Engineering projects
Participate in Process Development projects
Participate in R&D projects
Participate in Manufacturing projects
Participate in Central Customer Service projects
Participate in Marketing projects

Organise Regional Process Community
