Audit: -Planning, perform and evaluation of internal plant process audits of all areas for Continental and off-take plants in the APAC region as well as the conduction of QM system, Process and Product audits in all relevant plants. -Ensure the establishment of necessary corrective measures and follow up on the realization of the defined measures. Concepts: -Responsible to create, update and communicate re-occurring reports, to review the actual status, monitor the trends and if necessary to initiate corrective actions as well as responsible to create presentations out of this to report to upper management. Cooperation: -Consultant for other departments and projects in quality related questions and responsible to improve the cooperation with other central functions like Engineering, Process Development, R&D, Manufacturing, Central Customer Service and Marketing. Training: -Responsible to conduct technical training and Quality tools methodology with the plants and cen
