What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline, 10+ years’ experience in program / project / account management, supporting complex regional or global enterprise customers, Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization and drive execution end‑to‑end, Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proven ability to assess current workflows and drive process improvements, Highly organized with the ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects simultaneously, Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
Proven track record managing APAC or multi‑country programs with multiple stakeholders, additional Asian languages are an advantage
