The role partners closely with the Global Process Owner to enhance tools, implement automation, reduce financial risk, improve cash flow, minimize revenue leakage, and generate business value aligned with Haleon’s ambition to achieve world‑class performance. The APAC P2P OPL leads regional P2P operations through effective management of internal teams and the external BPO partners (Genpact and Sunrise), ensuring strong performance governance, aligned KPIs, cost optimization, and continuous improvement. The role drives operational excellence through cross‑functional collaboration with Procurement and Local Finance, ownership of regional SLAs, and escalation management.
