What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience in sales, key account management, or commercial leadership within FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, or pharmaceutical sectors, Experience developing and executing channel or customer strategies to drive market growth, track record in managing key accounts and delivering results against sales and P&L targets, Experience working with pharmacy, clinic, hospital, or healthcare-related channels, analytical capabilities with the ability to identify opportunities and drive performance
Nice to Have
leadership experience with the ability to develop and lead high-performing teams, Established network within pharmacy, healthcare professional, or OTC ecosystems across APAC, negotiation and influencing skills across senior stakeholders, Experience working in matrix organisations with regional scope, Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision and short-term delivery
