20 years of experience in IT, 6 years leading Change/Release Management, Prior-career software development/engineering, 8 years in development/engineering-led organizations, Strong understanding of Custody, Trade, Payments Operations, Demonstrated experience in financial services or regulated industries, Expertise with ITSM controls, ITGCs, audit frameworks, Hands-on experience with SMO platform, Hands-on experience with proprietary application platforms, Bachelor's degree
Nice to Have
5 years testing disciplines, ITIL certification, SAFe Agilist / Agile Leadership certifications, PMP or equivalent certification
