What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years’ experience in event marketing and operations, project management or a related role with demonstrable experience managing digital/live online events, Proven ability to manage complex timelines, milestones and risks for multiple concurrent events, Hands-on experience managing speaker logistics, registration data/workflows and post-event analytics, Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across regional teams and external agencies, Comfortable working in a fast-paced, live-event environment and able to pivot quickly in response to technical or logistical changes, attention to detail, problem-solving mindset and the ability to make decisions under pressure, Fluent English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
What You'll Do.
End-to-end project management for regional digital events
Operational execution: oversee registration workflows
pre-recording sessions
prepare and distribute speaker briefs
ensure content alignment with localized materials
Production oversight: own technical production of livestreams
run-of-show documents
liaise with production/tech teams
Process improvement: identify operational bottlenecks
implement execution-oriented process improvements
Quality control & reporting: validate deliverables
ensure milestone adherence
produce post-event summaries
Stakeholder communication: provide regular status updates
escalate issues appropriately
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
coordinating cross-functional teams and agencies; experience working across regional teams and external agencies
Communication Scope
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; Fluent English (written and spoken)
Process & Methodology
End-to-end project management, build and maintain project briefs, master timelines, milestone trackers, risk/issue logs, manage complex timelines, manage milestones, manage risks
