What They're Looking For.

Must Have

15+ years of commercial management and capital planning work experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities, technology skills with emphasis on commercial management systems, financial modelling, and advanced spreadsheet programs, Comprehensive knowledge of commercial building design, construction, facility operations, and commercial real estate management, Proven ability to lead teams and provide strategic direction to commercial professionals, Excellent written and verbal communication skills with presentation abilities for senior stakeholder audiences, Good command of both spoken and written English

What You'll Do.

overseeing and managing the overall commercial management function

Ensuring strategic alignment with the Client's financial objectives and regional business drivers

establishes and governs the Client's regional commercial frameworks

ensuring compliance with both Client and JLL's financial systems and reporting requirements

ensures efficient and consistent operation of all regional commercial activities to meet contractual obligations

achieving the Client's regional objectives of cost optimization

provides strategic commercial leadership

Lead multiple stakeholders in developing

and approving strategic commercial plans and regional budgets

Interact with appointed consultants to provide steerage and guidance on Client requirements

Strategic oversight of financial accounting and planning processes

including budget forecasting

and financial modelling across the APAC region

Demonstrate ability to research

and prioritize multiple commercial concepts and regional initiatives

Proficiency in maintaining commercial management systems

financial reporting tools

and technology platforms

Strategic time and priority management while overseeing both Client and JLL technology systems integration and commercial data management

Responsible for monitoring performance against commercial-related KPI’s

Strategic oversight of project budgeting and estimating

Leadership of the Client's annual commercial planning

and strategic budgeting processes

Establishes the vision and strategy for commercial management across regional projects

Understand and translate the client's key business drivers into commercial strategies

Lead and mentor the APAC Cost Manager and regional commercial team members

Drive commercial excellence and innovation across the regional portfolio

Lead commercial relationships with key stakeholders in the Client's organization

Support the Regional Projects Delivery Lead in ensuring commercial aspects of contractual obligations are met in live projects

Develop and maintain strategic understanding of the Client's business and key commercial factors influencing their requirements

Present commercial strategies and performance to senior Client stakeholders

Liaison with and support to Client Finance Team

for necessary reporting and initiatives

Lead the development of commercial strategies

and forecasts in accordance with the Client's financial timetable

Ensure adherence to commercial aspects of the contract and drive continuous improvement

Accountable for the achievement of commercial key performance indicators

and contracted measures

Proactively manage benchmarking database(s) in order to provide robust budgeting to the Client

Oversee cost optimization initiatives and value engineering opportunities

Lead the development and improvement of commercial processes for the account

Drive the development

and management of regional commercial initiatives and programs

and implement commercial best practices across the regional account

Drive regional consistency in commercial management including reporting

standard operating procedures

and systems integration

Ensure consistency and quality in commercial reporting across each country within the region

Oversee preparation of strategic commercial reporting to the satisfaction of the Client

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Lead multiple stakeholders in developing, recommending, and approving strategic commercial plans and regional budgets; Interact with appointed consultants to provide steerage and guidance on Client requirements; Communicate effectively across the APAC Region and with the Client's Global Team for diverse audiences; Lead and mentor the APAC Cost Manager and regional commercial team members; Lead commercial relationships with key stakeholders in the Client's organization, serving as the primary commercial interface; Support the Regional Projects Delivery Lead in ensuring commercial aspects of contractual obligations are met in live projects; Liaison with and support to Client Finance Team, for necessary reporting and initiatives

Communication Scope
