What You'll Do.
Act as intermediary for all AP and expense
Enforce firm policies
Maintain working relationship with outsourced AP team
Serve as internal liaison to outsourced AP team
Ensure quality of outsourced AP team
Ensure timeliness of outsourced AP team
Ensure alignment with RTW processes and controls
Identify issues with outsourced AP team
Escalate issues with outsourced AP team
Drive process improvements with outsourced AP team
Help define how outsourced relationship evolves
