What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, Finalist / Qualified Professional Accountant or bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration, Knowledge of multi-currency transactions, Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, using excel vlookup and pivot tables in data analysis, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and time management skills
Nice to Have
Knowledge of GP is an asset
What You'll Do.
Manage end-to-end customer invoicing and billing processes
Monitor accounts receivable
and perform regular customer follow-ups
Perform revenue-related reconciliations
Support month-end close
Maintain and improve accounting systems and processes
Monitor cash flow and assist with cash forecasting and working capital management
Prepare and post journal entries related to revenue
and cash transactions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e. g. , Partnerships, Operations) to validate billing data and resolve client-specific issues
