Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 3–5+ years accounting experience, Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Ability to review transactions
Nice to Have
Experience with Payhawk, Experience with Navan, Similar ERP experience
What You'll Do.
Own daily execution of AP process
Review AP transactions for completeness
Ensure invoices processed through Payhawk
Ensure AP transactions contain sufficient information
Initiate vendor creation
Maintain vendor master data
Monitor vendor detail changes
Manage AP-related queries
Identify AP process exceptions
Prepare weekly AP payment runs
Review and process employee reimbursements
Own AP-side control over business trip expenses
Monitor Payhawk balances
Coordinate required funding
Maintain AP-related business trip process accuracy
Review overdue approvals
Support improvements to AP workflows
Prepare and validate AP-related month-end close inputs
Identify recurring AP issues
