What You'll Do.
Perform suppliers/claims and other payments
Post bank statements and journals
Create and maintain suppliers
Perform transitory accounts reconciliation
Perform reconciliations between sub- and main-ledger
Acts as SPOC for accounting area
Participates in creation / update of SOPs
Accountable for operations’ accuracy and quality
Participates in project work
Participates to functional & cross-functional meetings

The AP Accountant will be able to perform accounting activities in the areas of Accounting, including but not restricted to : ‣ Perform suppliers/claims and other payments ‣ Post bank statements and journals ‣ Create and maintain suppliers/business partners ‣ Perform transitory accounts reconciliation and uploads ‣ Perform reconciliations between sub- and main-ledger ‣ Acts as SPOC for the designated accounting area in front of customer, team lead/manager, SSC Management and external parties ‣ Participates in the creation / update of Finance Standard Operating Procedures used by the SSC operational teams ‣ Is accountable for operations’ accuracy and quality regarding statutory and Group rules and standards ‣ Participates in project work (e.g. lean & optimization topics) ‣ Participates to functional & cross-functional meetings and shares feedback and regular contact with the functional finance team ## Qualifications Languages : * Fluent in Italian * Fluent in English * French – nice to have Education: * Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Business or Accounting Experience: * First experience in an a
