Eligibility Requirements

The ability to obtain and maintain a U. S. government issued security clearance is required, U. S. citizenship is required, DoD Clearance: Secret, Active and existing security clearance required after day 1, Travel Requirements: Less than 10% annually, This 1st shift role will be 100% on-site and based in McKinney, TX, This position requires job duties to be performed onsite due to the sensitive nature of this work and the desire for in-person however, we offer flexible in-office hours and the ability to perform some job duties remotely.

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM), minimum of two (2) years of relevant RF engineering experience, Design, fabrication, and / or testing of conformal antennas, apertures, and passive RF components such as radiating elements, radomes, power dividers, couplers, RF transitions, multilayer boards, and / or Frequency Selective Surfaces (FSS), Experience designing and / or testing ultra wideband phased array antennas such as Tightly Coupled Dipole Arrays (TCDA), Vivaldi, Sliced Notch, and / or Planar Ultra Wideband Modular Arrays (PUMA), Experience with the use of modeling tools such as HFSS, CST, FEKO, or SENTRi, Experience performing testing using RF equipment including VNAs and far-field antenna ranges, Ability to obtain and maintain a U. S. government issued security clearance, U. S. citizenship is required

Nice to Have

Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in RF/Microwave circuits, 3. 5+ cumulative GPA, Electromagnetic modeling and simulation experience with conformal antennas or airborne apertures, Knowledge of printed wiring board (PWB) or printed circuit board (PCB) fabrication processes, stack‑up design, and design rules, Ability to troubleshoot complex antenna or RF performance issues and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, Experience supporting prototype builds, test automation, fixture design, or specialized antenna range measurements

What You'll Do.

Provide technical solutions to a wide range of challenging problems involving antenna and AESA based applications

Use advanced computational electromagnetic (CEM) software to design

and predict performance of antennas and apertures

and optimize antenna designs using full‑wave solvers

run parametric studies

and balance electrical

and environmental constraints

Perform simulation and/or test to verify compliance with antenna‑level and system‑level requirements

Participate in testing of RF hardware for key performance metrics

Support antenna prototyping

and integration activities

Contribute to internal and customer‑funded research and development programs

Document technical approaches

and verification results
