After initial training in-person, this specific role could have the flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.** Auto-Owners Insurance, a top-rated insurance carrier, is seeking a motivated entry-level Annuity Associate to join our Life Company Division. The position requires the person to: * Communicate verbally or through written correspondence with agents to ensure the expanded use of annuity products and services. * Key data from assigned source documents. * Process incoming and outgoing requests from agents and policyholders, including but not limited to new business, basic policy changes, surrenders and transfers/rollovers/1035 exchanges. * Work effectively with co-workers, agents, policyholders or other departments as needed. **Desired Skills & Experience** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience * Ability to organize data, multi-task and make decisions independently * Ability to read and interpret documents such as insurance policies, instructions, policy and procedure manuals and retain information for future use * Above-average communication skills (written and verbal) * Ability to resolve complex issues * An interest in developing product knowledge through participation in approved educational programs **Benefits** Auto-Owners offers a wide range of career opportunities, and we are seeking talent that will help us continue our long tradition of success.
