## Description Capricor Therapeutics (NASDAQ: CAPR) is a biotechnology company dedicated to advancing transformative cell and exosome-based therapies for rare diseases. At the forefront of our innovation is Deramiocel (CAP-1002), our lead cell therapy in late-stage development for Duchenne muscular dystrophy. We are also harnessing our proprietary StealthX™ exosome platform to unlock new possibilities in targeted delivery and vaccinology. Every program reflects our commitment to pushing the boundaries of science and delivering life-changing treatments to patients and families who need them most. ## Responsibilities In Vivo Procedures Perform rodent dosing studies via intraperitoneal (IP), subcutaneous (SC), intramuscular (IM), and intratumoral (IT) routes Administer compounds by intravenous (IV) injection — required proficiency Collect biological specimens including blood via submandibular and/or cardiac puncture Conduct necropsies and tissue collection in accordance with approved protocols Support the preclinical team with daily in vivo activities and experimental procedures Animal Care & Compliance Maintain breeding colonies, husbandry programs, and genotyping workflows Collect and process genotyping samples; support genotyping assay development Adhere to IACUC-approved protocols, policies, and all applicable regulatory requirements Follow established SOPs and research guidelines governing animal care and facility operations Data Collection & Reporting Collect experimental data including body weight, blood analyses, and other project-specific measurements Maintain accurate and detailed records of all procedures, observations, and results ## Requirements Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field, or equivalent hands-on research experience Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience working with rodent models in a research or pharmaceutical industry Significant experience working with rodent models in a research or pharmaceutical setting Demonstrated proficie
