This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Angular, leadership skills, and the ability to guide front-end teams in building scalable and high-performance user interfaces._ **Key Responsibilities** * _• Lead the design and development of complex Angular-based web applications._ * _• Define front-end architecture, coding standards and best practices._ * _• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers and product teams._ * _• Break down requirements into technical tasks and guide the team through implementation._ * _• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, performance and security standards._ * _• Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility._ * _• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers._ * _• Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning and technical design discussions._ * _• Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI and integration issues._ **Required Skills & Experience** * _• Strong hands-on experience with Angular (versions 8+ / Angular 12+ preferred)._ * _• Expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML
