We believe that collaboration leads to the best ideas, and we rely heavily on team interaction. As a role based in Cluj-Napoca, this position will require 5 days in the office each week. **Responsibilities:** * Create and execute designs for software components within a larger project. * Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced Software Engineers. * Collaborate and add value through participation in peer code reviews, providing comments and suggestions. * Estimate level of effort, evaluate new options of similar technology, offer suggestions to improve processes. * Perform technical root cause analysis and outlines corrective action for given problems. **Requirements** * Strong knowledge on Android components such as Services, Providers, Activities, Fragments, threading, BT/BLE API’s. * Minimum 6 years of experience in Android development. * Strong Compose, Kotlin and Android Studio knowledge. * BS
