We are currently looking for a senior and a mid level software engineer to join us on the following project: [Garmin Xero Outdoor](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.garmin.apps.xero&hl=en): is our sportsman and tactical division, we are working with devices such as chronographs, auto-ranging bow sights, crossbow scopes and trapshooting trainers. Our mobile apps: connect to the device and exchange data with it; allow users to track, score and analyze their data; help users improve their game; show detailed statistics and have other various features depending on the device flavor. **Responsibilities:** * Create and execute designs for software components within a larger project. * Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced Software Engineers. * Collaborate and add value through participation in peer code reviews, providing comments and suggestions. * Estimate the level of effort, evaluate new options of similar technology, offer suggestions to improve processes. * Perform technical root cause analysis and outline corrective action for given problems. **Requirements** * Strong Kotlin and Android SDK knowledge. * Experience with Jetpack Compose. * BSc in Computer Science, IT or similar. * Minimum 3 years of experience with Android development. * Proficiency in English. **Benefits** _**Benefits to enhance your ex
