We are seeking an experienced **Analytics Project Lead** to drive the **delivery and adoption of complex, enterprise-wide People Analytics initiatives**. Working across HR, HR Technology, Data Engineering, Security, Legal, and business teams, you will lead large-scale transformation programmes from inception through implementation and business adoption. A key focus of this role will be delivering strategic initiatives such as **Workday onboarding, People Analytics product implementations, and HR technology transformations** that improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and employee experience. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **1\.
