What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field, 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or financial reporting role, 2+ years of experience supporting analytics platform administration and reporting tool management, 2+ years of experience designing, standardizing, or implementing reporting and data governance processes, Advanced spreadsheet skills, Financial modeling skills
Nice to Have
3-5 years of experience working in construction and/or production related fields, Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar, Experience with ERP, accounting, and supply chain systems, Exposure to AI-assisted analytics or reporting tools, Prior experience working in fast paced start up environments

We are seeking an Analytics Manager to build, operate, and continuously improve our data, reporting, and analytics ecosystem with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled insights. This role is instrumental in supporting financial reporting, supply chain tracking, and portfolio company performance, partnering closely with Finance, IT, and Operational leadership. You'll bridge the gap between data systems and business operators, leveraging your technical expertise and strategic mindset to scale analytics, automation, and AI adoption across the enterprise.
