Must Have
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent practical or technical experience, 3-5 years of experience, Expert proficiency in Python and/or R for statistical modelling and data analysis, understanding of business processes and how to apply analytics to improve them, Experience with machine learning techniques and their practical applications in business settings, Proven ability to build statistical models, perform advanced analysis, and generate meaningful insights, Exceptional business storytelling ability with a focus on translating complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations, Demonstrated skill in consulting with business units to define metrics and KPIs, Strategic mindset with the ability to connect analytics work to business outcomes and revenue generation, Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing decisions through data-driven insights, 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence or data science roles
Nice to Have
Advanced degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science or related quantitative field, Experience in consulting, marketing, or professional services environments is beneficial, Track record of successfully implementing analytics solutions that drive measurable business impact
