This role sits at the core of our Data & BI function, translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders. The Associate Business Analyst will work closely with business teams to understand their needs, extract and analyse data and deliver clear, impactful outputs through dashboards, reporting, and ad-hoc analysis. The position combines technical data skills with strong business understanding, requiring the ability not only to produce data, but to interpret it, challenge assumptions, and drive meaningful outcomes. This is the ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for sports to develop their analytical and reporting skills within a fast-paced and competitive environment. * Extract, manipulate, and analyse large datasets from Snowflake using SQL, turning data into clear, actionable insights - not just outputs. * Design, build, and maintain dbt models for the analytics semantic layer, ensuring data consistency, documentation, and reusability. * Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and widely adopted by the business. * Translate business questions into structured analysis, delivering concise and impactful insights to stakeholders. * Deliver ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making across multiple business areas, with a strong focus on speed and accuracy. * Contribute to the development and maintenance of self-serve analytics, enabling teams to independently access and explore data. * Apply version control best practices (Git) to all analytical work, including dbt models and docu
