Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, 3+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or similar role, Demonstrated experience building a DBT project from scratch in a production environment, including project structure, layered modeling (staging → intermediate → marts), testing frameworks, macros, CI/CD integration, and documentation, Advanced proficiency in SQL, experience with AWS data infrastructure (Athena, S3, Glue, or equivalent), Experience ingesting and modeling data from APIs and external sources, grasp of data quality and validation best practices, Experience supporting analytics, reporting, and financial modeling use cases in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Do.
Architect and build the DBT project from the ground up
Establish a robust testing and data quality framework
maintain DBT documentation and lineage
Set up and manage the DBT deployment pipeline
Develop and maintain data pipelines ingesting from APIs and internal systems
translate business logic into clean
analytics-ready datasets
Support financial modeling
continuously optimizing model performance and warehouse costs
