## Company: Marsh ## ## Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Digital Analytics team at Marsh Singapore. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Analytics and Innovation Product Owner, you will work with emerging data and digital technologies to build self-service business intelligence (BI) and data visualization solutions on big data platforms. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering scalable data products and insights that support business decision-making and operational efficiency. **_We will count on you to:_** * Develop and maintain BI and data visualization solutions using tools such as Tableau, Oracle BI, and MicroStrategy. * Build and optimize large enterprise data warehouses and data marts for BI, analytics, and reporting using platforms like Oracle, Teradata, and DB2. * Manage Tableau Server administration and Tableau Extracts to ensure efficient data delivery. * Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and best practices in data management and analytics. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Support continuous improvement initiatives in data quality, governance, and analytics processes. **_What you need to have:_** * Proficiency with BI and analytical tools such as Tableau, Oracle BI, MicroStrategy, and Qlik. * Experience with SQL and big data technologies including Hive and Presto. * Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and enterprise data architecture. * Knowledge of data security standards and best practices in analytics environments. **_What makes you stand out:_** * Experience with Tableau Server administration and managing Tableau Extracts. * Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and modern data engineering tools. * Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and collaborate across team
